Hi! My name is Zyredale from the Philippines, I prefer to be called Zy.

I have worked as a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter for more than a year.  

My last job was at Trident, a BPO company.

I am responsible for contacting prospects through phone calls and emails by using scripts and to sales pitch the products and services being offered by the company.

Therefore as a telemarketer, my main focus is to convince prospective customers to buy the company products or avail of the services we offer by both telephone and email.

My previous roles typically measured on various call quality and performance metrics as an outbound caller, but mostly measured to have a good conversion rate. This metric measures the percentage of calls that result in a desired outcome, such as a sale or appointment booking. It reflects my ability to achieve the intended goal of the call.

My supervisors and co-workers always say that I am very productive and that I always hit the monthly quota in just 2 weeks.

I excel at strong verbal communication, being productive, and passionate about what I'm doing.
