You are responsible for the content that you post on Hubstaff Talent. Our content team performs manual checks on profiles and Hubstaff reserves the right to remove any profile for the below reasons:

• You will not post profane language
• You will not post content that violates the law in any way
• You will not post content that includes pornography
• You will not post content that infringes on any copyright or intellectual property
• You will not post content that is knowingly false regarding yourself or others
• You will not post content that is defamatory to others
• You will not post confidential information

Hubstaff Talent has zero tolerance for spam. You may not use any automated tools for contacting users. We monitor all activity for automation and will remove any accounts if scripts, robots, spiders, or other automated methods are detected.

We also take spam complaints from our users seriously. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting users through Hubstaff Talent directly or with unsolicited communications outside of Hubstaff Talent. We investigate all spam reports and will immediately remove accounts reported for spam when we see fit.
