I completed my bachelor's degree in mathematics education at Philippine Normal University Visayas in August 2023. I have a total of two years of experience as a customer service representative. In my previous role as an advanced technical support representative, I successfully handled inbound and outbound calls for a leading telecom company. My responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues related to internet, TV, and landline services; scheduling on-site appointments with technicians; and addressing billing and account concerns. Through this experience, I have honed my skills in customer service, effective communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking, enabling me to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. I'm particularly drawn to positions that involve customer support, which I am experienced with already, and offer a work-at-home setup where I can learn on my own in the comfort of my home.
