My name is Zulhaiden Montes, I took bachelor of science in Information technology at Mindanao state university -Maguindanao here in the Philippines and a customer service expert with 6 years of call center and roughly 2 years of work-from-home experience. I started as a Customer Service Representative inĀ 2015 and was assigned to programs such as Telco, Sales, Billing, and Technical support for E-commerce companies. In these programs, I was able to handle regular consumers to corporate accounts, through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat, all for US-based companies.
