Hi, I am Zugwai Felix, I genuinely enjoys helping things run smoothly like supporting customers, organizing data, or working with a team to get a project done well and on time. Over the past few years, I have gained experience in customer support, data entry, market research, and monitoring and evaluation, and along the way I have learned how important attention to detail and clear communication really are.

One role that really shaped my experience was working as a Market Surveyor. My job involved speaking with customers, gathering feedback, and collecting data on buying patterns and sales performance. It wasn’t just about asking questions, it was about listening carefully and making sure the information collected could actually help the company make better decisions. I consistently met my targets and was known for being thorough and dependable in the field.

At the moment, I volunteer as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant. The work focuses on programs that train and mentor young girls in digital and leadership skills. I support the team by collecting and organizing program data, often using tools like Kobo Toolbox and Google Forms during outreach activities. It’s rewarding to know that the information we gather helps measure the impact of the programs and improve future initiatives.

Earlier in my journey, during my industrial training at the National Open University of Nigeria, I had the opportunity to serve as a team leader in a table water production layout. That experience taught me a lot about coordination and teamwork, since we had to manage activities across production, marketing, sales, and distribution.

I am comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and basic CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce. I have also completed courses in Technical Support Fundamentals and Customer Relationship Management, which helped me build a stronger interest in digital tools and remote support roles.

People who work with me often describe me as reliable and easy to work with. I take deadlines seriously, try to stay organized, and always aim to deliver work that’s accurate and useful.

Right now, I’m looking for remote opportunities where I can contribute in areas like customer support, data entry, virtual assistance, market research, or monitoring and evaluation support—while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
