I started my carreer back in 2008 in a call center as a customer service rep. I was promoted as a supervisor and was active in the role for 5 years. My total experince is 12 years. My roles included, asistance over the phone, via email, text. I have plenty of experience listening carefully to the needs of my customers before efficiently working to solve their problems and explain the solutions.
