I have retired from apex position of government service after having served for about 33 years. During the tenure of service, acquired experiences in diverse subject -matters including land management , financial management, magistracy, procurement management, project management, human resources management, policy formulation, negotiation, conducting high level meeting , official correspondence, writing and editing, imparting training etc. As to my academic background I obtained graduation in Civil Engineering and Masters in Governance and Development .I successfully completed in- service trainings /courses at home and abroad including Duke University and Harvard Kennedy School of USA.
