 I have worked in the customer Service industry for more than 4 years and I have been working from home for more than a year, now. I have worked with different type of customers over the years this helped me with versatility. 

I started as Sales Representative for a catalog company. Our customer ranges from 40 to 80 years old; I answer customer questions regarding sizing, accessories, and proper care for merchandise. 

After that, I was a Seller Support Associate for Amazon's seller central. I annotate while assisting sellers and prospective sellers, providing them with accurate information concerning platform policies for sales, database issues, and listing inaccuracies. We will then send an email after the call. 

Then, I was an Order Placer for Doordash. I handle more than 250 calls in a 10-hour shift. I process cancellation and refund. 

I give follow-up calls when an order is not available, sold out, or not on the menu. Later on I was up-skilled to the blended account that handles voice, email, and chat. 

I transitioned in working from home. I was a Quality Analyst for an AI company. I do QA metrics, productivity metrics, daily reviews of post-QA reports and manage over 200 conversational scripts per day.

My most recent post was as a Researcher for Smart Solutions. It was an outbound account. I gather and organize pieces of information of apartments all over the United States in regards to their location, rates, company policies, and amenities.
