My day-to-day responsibilities have included diagnosing complex technical issues, supporting system migrations (including transitions to cloud solutions like Windchill+), and ensuring seamless user experiences through proactive incident resolution. I am also well-versed in ticketing systems including Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Ivanti, and Servicenow.
Technically, I bring a working knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, Java, and UML, which allows me to understand and troubleshoot software behavior beyond surface-level errors. I’m comfortable navigating systems such as Active Directory and managing Microsoft Office tools, making me adaptable to diverse IT environments.
My academic path reflects my drive for continuous learning. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Intelligent Processing Systems at Mohammed V University in Rabat. I also hold a Bachelor’s in Mobile Application Engineering and a University Degree in Software Engineering.
