For almost 2 years, I worked as a customer support in my previous company. I take pride in conducting myself in a professional manner when representing a company. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know customers and figuring out how best to serve their needs. I personally handled member-to-member concerns regarding their selling and buying account. Dealt with processes and policies related to receiving and returning orders. Worked in providing resolution to issues regarding customer account inquiries. In line with doing these tasks, I was trained in using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, Google Calendar and etc.
