I've been a Customer Service Representative for 22 months in the BPO industry. I've handled a financial account and a healthcare account. In my experience from these companies, I can say that that i have already mastered providing satisfaction to customers. Not just showing empathy but compassion. We navigate a lot of tools at the same time for one customer alone, so multi tasking is never gonna be new to me. I'm also a good team player and can definitely say that I am a fast learner. I was also able to work for an E-commerec company as a seasonal chat support agent for a month. I was handling their social media accounts as a content moderator and a customer service reperesentative attending to all the customers inquiries and concerns.
I am punctual and reliable, goal driven and quite competetive, but in a good way. I believe that attitude is more important than the skills itself. Skills can be taught, but attitude is what builds people to be better.
