Been a Technical Support Advocate for over 2 years has increase the zeal and also make me understand the importance of always putting customers first. Empathy and going the extra mile in support to customers to make them happy is a key skill that has been developed over the years of working. Working as a Technical Support Agent has also helped me to grow an open mind to business changes and growth and more open to take up new opportunities. In my line of duty, I manage the end-users, which are customer who are less technical or have no technical skills and help them understand their products and troubleshoot their applications and Operating systems.
