With over five years of expertise in IT and cybersecurity, I am dedicated to leveraging my skills and expanding my knowledge to drive organizational growth and success. My background encompasses a range of cybersecurity and IT disciplines, allowing me to effectively protect and enhance the technological infrastructure of any organization.

At Edison, I began as a contractor on the engineering team and was later brought on full time, where I was assigned to the Incident Response team. This role provided invaluable learning opportunities and exposure to a variety of tools. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, which has further solidified my foundation in this field. I have a proven track record of creating and implementing efficient Cybersecurity solutions, such as organizing Cyber tickets through Remedy, reducing backlogged issues significantly, and providing critical triage and escalation support. My technical proficiency includes tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps, and I have contributed to offensive operations and software implementations. Additionally, I have experience with metrics creation using PowerBI, maintaining high SLA standards, and managing network operations and customer support.

Throughout my career, I have been a jack of all trades, gaining experience in many different areas of cybersecurity. Now, I am seeking a role where I can focus on one or two specialized areas, allowing me to hone my expertise and make a more targeted impact.
