I have several customer service experiences. I worked as a technical and billing support agent for a cable, internet, and phone company for almost two years and assisted customers through calls. I also worked as a chat support agent for over a year for a company that offers Android support and monitoring services. I worked as a customer service associate in one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines for cable, internet, and phone provider in the US. I have also worked as a virtual medical assistant for an endocrinologist clinic in Colorado for 6 months.

I love being a customer service representative, significantly when I can help my customer and hear or read how happy they are with my resolution. I also enjoy multi-tasking, and I am a fast learner.
