My career began as a Customer Service Representative for a U.S. telecommunications account, where I spent two years helping customers with billing issues, service troubleshooting, account management, and technical support. This role honed my communication skills, taught me how to stay calm under pressure, and strengthened my ability to find quick and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

I then transitioned into the healthcare field, working for another two years as a Medical Claims Biller and Insurance Verifier. In this role, I handled the end-to-end process of verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, following up on unpaid claims, and communicating with both insurance companies and patients. This experience deepened my understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, medical terminologies, and compliance standards like HIPAA. It also sharpened my organizational skills and attention to detail — crucial for accurate billing and timely reimbursements.

Most recently, I’ve worked as an Administrative Assistant for a U.S.-based consulting firm, where I’ve been responsible for calendar management, document preparation, client correspondence, meeting coordination, and general administrative support. This position has allowed me to further develop my multitasking abilities, improve efficiency across daily operations, and provide dependable support to both team members and clients.
