I have participated in several professional training and development programs organised by international institutions like MIT, Yale and Temple University. I have also attended and presented at international conferences by the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) and the University at Buffalo School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness (CLOE), all in the United States of America.
