Overview
I have completed a PhD in Human Resource Management at the University of Ghana
Business School, I am holder of a Master of Philosophy in Human Resource
Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the same
University. I have participated in several professional training and development
programs organised by international institutions like MIT, Yale and Temple University.
I have also attended and presented at international conferences by the Academy of
Human Resource Development (AHRD) and the University at Buffalo School of
Management’s Center for Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness (CLOE), all in
the United States of America. I have experience in research, teaching and
administrative management. I have more than six publications and conference papers
to my credit. I have participated in two Doctoral Institutes organised by the
CODESRIA College of Mentors and the Management and Organisational Behaviour
Teaching Society (MOBTS). I have more than 10 years of cumulative working
experience in different roles. I also served as the Team Lead to the Doctoral
Development Committee, at the University of Ghana Business School. I have good
communication and presentation skills.
