I hold a solid academic and professional background that uniquely combines public administration, human resource management, research, and international relations. My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, which laid the foundation for understanding governance, organizational structures, and policy implementation. Building on this, I pursued a Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, where my research focused on Corporate Social Responsibility. This broadened my understanding of how organizations can strategically align business practices with social responsibility to create sustainable value.
Most recently, I completed a PhD in Human Resource Management, with my research centering on expatriate management. This work explored how cultural intelligence, inclusive workplace climates, and effective communication shape expatriate success. The study not only contributed to academic literature but also provided practical insights for organizations managing global talent and diverse workforces. My doctoral training sharpened my expertise in quantitative research design, data analysis, and scholarly writing, equipping me with advanced research skills.
Professionally, I have accumulated over seven years of experience as an International Relations Officer at the University of Ghana Business School. In this role, I coordinated partnerships, facilitated academic exchanges, and supported cross-cultural collaboration between the institution and its international stakeholders. This experience strengthened my organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, while exposing me to the complexities of intercultural engagement.
Alongside my professional responsibilities, I have been deeply engaged in academic research and knowledge sharing. I have participated in and presented at both local and international conferences, disseminating research findings and exchanging ideas with fellow scholars and practitioners. These experiences honed my presentation, networking, and collaboration skills, and allowed me to stay updated on emerging trends in human resource management and organizational behavior.
Currently, I serve as a Graduate Assistant, where I provide teaching, research, and administrative support. This role has allowed me to mentor students, contribute to curriculum delivery, and deepen my own academic expertise. My combined background in administration, human resource management, and international relations positions me as a versatile professional capable of thriving in dynamic and multicultural environments.
I am passionate about contributing my knowledge and skills to both academic and professional settings, particularly in roles that value research, global engagement, and human capital development.
