I've worked in the BPO industry for more than 8 years now and experienced handling both inbound and outbound campaigns. I started as an agent for an outbound company calling customers to generate leads for some of UK leading brands as well as looking for prospects who are interested in donating to UK charities. I got promoted as a team lead for showing consistency with the revenue earned for the company.
For my customer service experience, I tried handling a mobile technical and customer service account under MetroPCS and also worked for Time Warner Cable and Comcast before. Creating account for new customers, billing explanation and answering inquiries for customers were my job description. I also have worked for Sears Canada processing orders for the customers.
The previous campaign that I worked with is an educational campaign wherein we generate leads who are interested in going back to school offering them colleges around United States. I got promoted after 6 mos showing outstanding performance.
