I am Yvette Marie B. Gimelo and I have been a Customer Service and Technical Support Professional for 10 years now.
I have experience with phone and email handling with recognized strengths in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data entry.
For the past 3 years, I have been an Escalations Specialist dealing with complaints and escalated cases via phone calls and email. I was also appointed as one of the quality coaches doing calls monitoring, coaching, and mock calls.
I also have working knowledge using online and Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Google sheets, and excel.
