I am Six Sigma trained, Microsoft office literate, developer of creative contents used for process improvement, Able to facilitate training and refresher courses as needed, provide one to one coaching, feedback and team huddles for effectiveness in the work place. I have been facing US clients for process related concerns via email or through verbal communications. I also have experience in the field of recruiting, outsourcing and initial interviews. I am able to create decks/presentations to report out to stakeholders, from data that I gathered and analyzed. I am able to provide supervisory call supports for my team during my time in the BPO industry, I was a subject matter expert during my time as a recruitment coordinator, and has initiatives to create projects that would aid the team in minimizing errors. Aside from all the professional experience that I have, as a person I am creative in nature, reliable, motivated and passionate with what I do, and lastly I am adaptable.
