BPO has been my major source of income for more than 8 years now. It is a cost efficient for my client and it helps increase the company’s flexibility. Working at home has been the most convenient setting for me. I handled appointment setting, telemarketing, Survey or lead generation, lead scrapping,. Some were managed by Filipino managers and some were direct to my clients’ command.
Flashback, I started in BPO industry since 2006. I handled customer service for billing interpretations, basic troubleshooting and creating tickets for technical issues at teletech call center. An answering service agent for US base doctors doing emails, outbound and receiving inbound calls. I was also a front-liner telemarketer in marketing plus call center for a US base timeshare account. It was in 2011 when I started doing homebase online job.
