I am Ymel, 30 years of age, currently a stay at home mom of 2. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism at De la Salle Lipa. I have worked with the best companies in the Philippines which hones me to be the best that I can be. Extensive knowledge of principle and processes for providing customer and personal services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Most importantly, I make use of the company’s time wisely because idle time is something I am never fond of.
