Over the past six years, I’ve worked in a range of customer-facing roles across digital marketing, real-estate and the non-profit sector. In this time, I developed a strong track record of building trust, solving problems, and creating positive, measurable outcomes for customers and I am excited to apply these strengths in the tech space.

In my recent role as a Customer Relationship Manager at Yell UK, I provided technical customer support and utilised the SAP R/3 ticketing system to manage inquiries effectively. I also delivered product demonstrations and 1:1 training sessions to educate customers on how to maximise the value they got from using our products. An achievement I am particularly proud of was being recognised as a top performer, securing over 25% of the revenue target for my team in Q3 of 2023/2024. Similarly, in my previous role as a Client Relationship & Acquisition Agent at City Gate Homes UK I managed the full property acquisition process, from client onboarding to post-sale follow-up. My role involved in-depth research, due diligence, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless, transparent experience for clients throughout their journey.
