I had an experienced working as a customer service representative of a dropshipping company in eBay. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to; answering customers' queries through emails or chat; manual processing of orders; processed order replacements; monitoring of accounts and tracking numbers and data entry.
Furthermore, I was also a chat moderator in an online dating site, answering clients live chat of a more or less 100+ messages per day.
Also, I used to work as an Administrative Staff and Accounting Staff in one of the biggest bus company in Asia for 8 years. Honed in a fast paced environment, I am very much adept in administrative works and has toiled my way in becoming a Supervisor in one of the areas in the Accounting Department.
