Yasin Mohamed Ibrahim

My name is Yasin Mohamed Ibrahim, and I am from Somalia. I completed my degree in agricultural science from City University in Mogadishu, Somalia. Additionally, I earned a Master's degree in agricultural structure and irrigation engineering from Akdeniz University in Antalya, Turkey. During my postgraduate studies, my focus was on crop water use (evapotranspiration) and the effects of salinity stress on plants. Throughout my Master's program, I conducted extensive research and gained proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation across various disciplines. To further enhance my knowledge in applied statistics, I also completed online courses offered by the University of Pennsylvania. Since 2019, I have been actively engaged in learning and applying statistical methods and data analytics. As part of my work, I collect and analyze data from agricultural fields and meteorological stations. I also perform data analysis on secondary data obtained from both small and large-scale business centers, contributing to informed decision-making processes. Currently, I am collecting data for a study focused on house rent and prices, which is particularly relevant due to the significant growth of the construction industry in recent years. While I may not consider myself an expert in data analytics and statistics, I possess substantial experience in both fields, as they closely align with my area of expertise. I have been working in these fields for three and a half years.
