I am a young organized ambitious individual with a degree in Family and consumer Science; possessing educational requirements and experience suitable for teaching secondary level education. I also have experience in planning/goal setting and a certification in mentoring and excellent customer service skills that has helped me with communication skills which is vital in teaching and maintaining customers' loyalty. I also have micro managing skills and computer proficiency, working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and electronic mail handling.
I am also a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as I engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.
I am able to type 27wpm, process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. I am able to prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities and verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
