For 20+ years, I have worked as a Real Estate Professional. My real estate experience ranges from the sale of single-family and multi-family homes to commercial land deals, from property management to real estate bookkeeping. I helped to establish and implement the real estate policies and procedures for property management for a multi-office firm. I work closely with the company CPA in preparing end of year documents for the company as well as the individual property owners that we service. I maintain the income statements and forecast rental trends for the owners that we service as well. I educate my clients to ensure a full understanding of the real estate process. I established rules and regulations to streamline the firm's dispossessory process in several counties.  I handle all facets of the real estate process from leases to property sales/purchases and bookkeeping.
