My total years of experience in the Travel and Hospitality Industry is almost 10 years. I was an Operations Agent and eventually a Supervisor before with Expedia Inc.I was part of their Customer Service and Air Fulfillment teams. Both of these teams handled Hotel and Air Reservations. Also, I have extensively handled customer service and daily escalations from clients giving me great experience on customer handling and issue resolution. I was also part of Carlson Wagonlit Travel and UPSIDE travel which provided me the same experience I had with Expedia but on a corporate/business travel level. I have exposure on several GDSs like Sabre and Amadeus and had extensive interaction with hotels and airlines globally. With these years in the call center gave me experience on admin work and all sorts of office job. From creating excel spreadsheets showing our performance data up to presenting and reporting performance to clients globally.
