As a project manager and senior consultant in the IT consulting industry for 20 years, I have a mix of technical know-how and business knowledge. Therefore, I am able to offer both my IT expertise (mainly data skills) and business knowledge to help clients grow their B2B sales.

Regarding the first stage of sales, I can make effective use of data processing skills (e.g. data scraping, Python and database) to accelerate collecting marketing intelligence and building lead lists.  So my clients can sufficiently tap their potential markets and take a lead in the beginning.

In the following steps of sales processes, I will help track metrics of execution and take advantage of data analysis and visualization skills (e.g. google data studio, google analytics, and excel interactive chars) to make in-depth measurement and comparison. By doing so, my clients can relatively easily find their weaknesses and problems in prospecting and sales processes, and fix them accordingly in time. Take email outreach as an example. If clients run split testing with a variety of email subject lines and templates based on different prospect attributes, I can create reports and identify which types of contacts are not as relevant as expected, which companies are not fit for clients’ products as assumed, and which subjects and templates are not performing well. Therefore, if clients make a long-term relation with me, we can make constant optimization to outperform competitors.

Besides my data skills, I am also interested in automation via programing to automate part of repetitive work and other daily operational tasks. This is helpful when clients need to scale up.

Equally important, I can also provide non-technical suggestion, ideas and solutions for lead generation, email outreach and CRM system management, as long as they are associated with B2B sales. Because I prefer to go extra miles rather than follow instructions mechanically, I believe what I offer is valuable and practical.

Meanwhile, my project management skills are also useful when I am requested to handle several assignments during the same period of time. So each project can move forward in an organized way.

In sum, I will spare no effort to help clients succeed and make my freelancing career succeed subsequently.
