I am a experienced Office Assistant with a strong background in clerical support, customer service, and records management across government, library and private sectors. Over the past 5+ years I have developed experience in: Front desk operations and reception duties as I had a job at my local library for over a year. This post as well as my most recent at the Manchester Parish Court where I interned, had me learning and implementing filing systems and records management, document preparation and data entry.

Innately I am a creative and my longest standing position as Photographer/Graphic Artiste at the Foreign Style Photo Studio ( a privately owned franchise) also included the necessity for strong customer service and client relations. These skills were first honed as a Kindle Specialist in my first Customer Care role. Sales was also an integral part of this position, as well as scheduling client appointments and staff coordination.

Due to my love for reading and the English Language I pride myself on having strong written and verbal communication skills, proofreading and editing capabilities and typing accuracy. I have even ventured into story-writing and hope to be published some day as an author or an illustrator as I possess a knack for quick sketches.
