I've been working in telecommunication for almost 3yrs, under telesales, customer service, virtual assistant and data entry. From those experiences i learned a lot of things in terms of CRM, SW, Data Entry and Customer Service Support. In terms or work, I am a goal oriented person and focused on every task entrusted to me, working hard to finished on time scheduled given, responsible on all duties that is required to do, patient from irate people and giving proper empathy to pacify them.
