- Working knowledge of Warehouse Health, Safety and Quality management process in a busy and high value Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) Warehouse.

- Time management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented and multi-cultural environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

- Skilled at leading and managing developing high-performing teams, conflict management, motivation, coaching & counselling and team development skills.

- Proficiency in using Ms Office, ERP Systems Management module. 

- Effective analytical, numeracy, reporting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written combined with the ability to engage effectively at all levels in the Organization
