I been working several year in BPO as costumer service and Technical Support and Telemarketer i have been encounter different kind costumer scenarios with some complicated to resolve but i always make sure to study all the process and product and always critical thinking to find solution how resolve the issue that end of the day costumer has satisfaction the they will feel that we care for them that they are importance and handling costumer I also lot of patient enthusiastic person and jolly.
