In sales, I’ve consistently hit and surpassed targets, driving revenue growth by introducing smarter ways to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and improve the customer journey. I’m comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce, Bitrix24, HubSpot, and Zendesk to stay organized, spot opportunities, and improve efficiency.

In customer service, I’ve managed high volumes of inquiries across email, phone, and live chat while keeping a 95%+ first-contact resolution rate. I pride myself on being approachable and empathetic, making sure customers feel heard and supported, while also identifying ways to improve retention and engagement.
