Hi, I’m a customer service and sales support professional with over 8 years of experience helping businesses connect better with their customers. My career has taken me through various roles where I’ve learned how to handle inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and create positive experiences that keep clients coming back.

I started my journey in 2016 at Premium Service, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative managing a database of over 300 clients. I made sure every question was answered on time and every issue was handled with care;no matter how big or small.

In 2020, I joined Opulent Kitchen as a Customer Service Manager, stepping into a more strategic role. I took ownership of processing orders, keeping customer records accurate, and resolving more complex customer concerns with a personal touch.

Most recently, in 2023, I worked at Bogo Beverages as a Sales Executive, where I focused on understanding customer needs, building new client relationships, and negotiating deals that worked for everyone involved.
