My career started in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I worked there as an underground cable technician that trained me for technical aspects. In 2008 I started working for bpo switching from customer care to technical care and later on handling escalations and adjustments, I have been working with BPO evsrsince and then in 2019 I started my career as technical and volume recruiter I manage job portals and candidates to be endorsed. I enjoyed working night shifts and midshift. This pandemic it gave me a chance to work from home to be with my family, I have 4 kids that are really understanding to a job that I have even at night that I'm not with them to sleep with. I enjoyed talking to people and helping them find solution to whatever needs they have.
