I worked in a music store for almost 14 years and I learned a lot about customer service even more when I got promoted to manager. I taught the new salesmen with the strategies I learned through the years and a few tricks of my own to improve our weekly sales. I used to be in charge of the team and guided them to organize and complete the daily tasks fast in order to maintain the store productivity high. One of my principal tasks was to find solutions to problems not only to customers but the store’s as well. My overall experience taught me that you can always learn something new from someone and you always have something to teach.
On my last job I used to do receptionist tasks like email support, texting and answer calls, setting up appointments and calendar management, also gathering and organizing intake information and documents.
I am always willing to help, achieve my goals and love teamwork. I am a fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
