I spent the last 17 months working for a multi-million dollar e-commerce company. I mainly worked in customer service but also oversaw the entire order process from inception to the shipping & logistics. While in this role, I was able to progress into a project-focused role, including implementing a POS system for their first brick & mortar store. I provided support to the team both in-house and remotely, once I relocated to the USA.
