I’m an operations and service delivery leader with 14+ years of experience helping organisations scale smartly, serve clients better, and operate with clarity and confidence. I specialise in building systems, leading cross-functional teams, and translating vision into reality, whether that means managing day-to-day delivery or designing strategy from the ground up.

Over the past four years, I’ve successfully led operations for over 70 client projects across sectors including media, education, engineering, IT, and wellbeing. I’ve partnered with high-profile clients such as Sky UK, Novartis, and the UK Government, overseeing complex multi-stakeholder programs with global teams and tight compliance requirements.

My strength lies in straddling both the strategic and the practical. I’ve built audit-ready documentation systems, automated workflows that cut onboarding time by 30%, and implemented cross-cultural service delivery with 95% on-time rates. I’ve also designed SOPs, training systems, and compliance documentation that helped teams scale with confidence and clarity.

Prior to freelancing, I held senior leadership roles in international education, directed cultural expeditions across Southeast Asia, and co-founded a consultancy delivering resilience and leadership programs to UK-based corporates. I hold an MBA, a BA in Contemporary History, and multiple certifications in project management, coaching, and AI.

I now live in Cambodia with my Cambodian wife and children, and bring a globally sensitive, values-driven approach to every engagement.
