As a Quality Analyst for the past 3 years, I have developed my Excel, Data Entry and Email management skills. Part of my responsibilities are data collection and analysis. We usually use Excel to consolidate data and create reports to present our analyses. We mostly communicate with our clients through email. Which has honed my skills in terms of sorting and prioritizing which emails to respond to. And also being able to convey ideas clearly through email. I also work well under pressure and am used in meeting deadlines.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 6 years prior to being a Quality Analyst. I have handled different types of accounts and experienced different types of scenarios and customers. I am an expert in pacifying customers and providing an alternative option for service NO scenarios.
