During my time as a Customer Service Representative, I developed a deep understanding of client needs, problem-solving, and communication. I later advanced to a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role for 6 months, providing guidance, training, and support to new and tenured agents—further strengthening my leadership and analytical skills.
Alongside my BPO career, I’ve worked as a freelance graphic designer and copywriter. This creative side has allowed me to collaborate with clients on branding, content creation, and visual storytelling projects, blending technical skills with creativity and strategic thinking.
