I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 9 years. I was a Quality Assurance Analyst for a year. I monitored incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the client and the company. I also provided feedback and coaching to assist in the creation of performance improvement. I have had experience in data entry and creating/updating reports using Microsoft Excel as I have worked as a Reports Analyst. I also worked as a home-based Livechat support for almost 2 years.
