I am a
dedicated individual who considers work as an extension of my life. One’s work is one’s
lifeline. Work is like family. The level of dedication is similar. In order to be both effective
and efficient at the same time, one has to do a job as if one’s life depends on it, even
without being supervised.
PROFILE SUMMARY
I have been in the service industry for about 8 years. Most of these years were spent in an
office. I have focused on building my home based career in 2015.
I have worked as a travel expert for 2 years which required me to support customers in
their travel needs, from hotel reservations to flight bookings and car rentals.
I have also worked as a billing consultant for a telecommunications company in Australia.
The job required me to assist customers in their mobile phone concerns from simple
mobile phone plan queries to escalated billing issues.
In March of 2015, I was able to work from home as a Customer Service Representative for
a retail company in the US. I handled all types of communications, from emails to phone
calls and live chat.

I handle all types of communications, from emails to phone calls and live chat. My job
functions include processing orders, creating shipments, handling returns and refunds,
interacting with website inquiries through live chat, managing the Paypal accounts of the
owners by checking daily sales and resolving issues lodged in the resolution center, masspurchasing in Amazon and Barnes and Noble, and handling bestseller campaigns. I also
oversee social media traffic of the owner's different companies via Facebook and Twitter
channels. The company promoted me to Customer Service Manager in October 2015 and
I presently manage 3 representatives who are all working home-based. I work from 9PM
to 6AM for this company.

purchases a marketing package and is handed down to me to get its production going.
