I would like to submit my application for the customer service representative position available. I believe that my experience as a HR generalist gained over the years as well as acquiring Talent Consulting experience across the greater East, Central and West Africa position me as an ideal candidate for this role as it requires one with impeccable communication skills.

Over the years, I have gained knowledge and exposure which has equipped me with the skills and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. These include;

1. Stakeholder/ Client Relationship Management: I have worked with and been able to come up with solutions for our outsourced employees while working on Payroll Management & Billing for recruitment services, Heads of Departments while working on hiring for various departments, government bodies and other external parties while sourcing for clients to add to our HR & Recruitment portfolio.

2. HR Administration and Project Management: I am quite organized and I am able to meet deadlines as I believe working with systems makes for a harmonious workplace. I have acquired experience in Policy & Contract Drafting, Personnel Record Management and HRIS Management.

3. Talent Management: I have managed to fill various roles ranging from entry all the way to c-suite level and in all industries except government positions. Here, I gained expertise in sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding. Additionally, I have working with various applicant tracking systems and creating and improving processes that not only attracted high performing candidates but also increased the employee retention rate.

My passion lies in seeing others reach their potential by getting connected to the great opportunities they believe are not available. I would like to join your organization so as to make an impact in that space and be a stepping stone in my career. I would bring in new ideas and a fresh perspective and tailor/implement some structures that will make the processes work better for us.
