I am a detail-oriented and analytical data professional with a strong foundation in Economics and Statistics, currently serving as a Research Officer at the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA). With certifications in Google Data Analytics and hands-on experience in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python, I am passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

At RBA, I have played a key role in various research and data-driven initiatives, including designing and automating Excel-based reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), collecting and analyzing qualitative data from retirees, and contributing to the redesign of survey tools used in national pension coverage projects. I also help implement sensitization plans and monitor the effectiveness of outreach programs aimed at improving pension awareness and participation.

My academic background in Economics and Statistics from Mount Kenya University has equipped me with the theoretical knowledge and analytical mindset necessary to interpret data in meaningful ways. I am proficient in using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced Excel functions for data cleaning and trend analysis. I continue to expand my skill set through Python programming, with a focus on data manipulation, automation, and visualization.
