Walter Micale

I'm an expert engineer in industrial processes, environment and Renewable Energy, specialized in sales, engineering, process, procurement, construction and operation of industrial, oil and gas, environmental control and Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) systems since from 1998 and renewable energy power plants from 2006.

My experience has been consolidated working with customers like:

Tecnimont, Snamprogetti, Technip, JGC, Hundai, CNIM, LAB, Litwin, Onyx, Danieli, Unical, Ilva, Riva Acciai, Marcegaglia and many other clients in industrial market; Enel, Edipower, Terna, Decal Renewables, RP Global, A2A, Edison and many other customers in renewable energy sector.

I've managed the engineering, project management, procurement and construction of dozens of industrial fume abatement plants and some WHR systems recovering heat from process fumes, some wind farms in the south of Italy, some hydroelectric turbines, Kaplan, Francis and Pelton and some photovoltaic plants in Italy.

I've managed commissioning and Asset Management and O&M supervision of the plants developed and built.

I have supervised, executed and managed the technical and administrative development, engineering, due diligence and M&A of many renewable energy assets and the engineering, construction and installation of more than 100 fume abatement plants applications worldwide.

In the last three years I created a pipeline development portfolio of 300 MW BESS and approx 200 MWp photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects under development or sold to customers.

I’m an enthusiastic manager with a cleantech consultancy vision and change management attitude, capable to ride the rapid market changes to rise the objectives committed and goals requested by any role for customer satisfaction.
