desktop and mobile platforms. It has an offshore research and development center in Bangalore.
• Provide level 2 technical support over chat and email to IDrive/IBackup/RemotePC users worldwide and
also respond to incoming sales leads.
• Resolve users' issue in a clear, courteous and straight forward manner.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
• Provide remote desktop support to resolve critical issues on Windows, Mac and Linux machines along

• Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as per industry standards to support customer and
coordinate with the internal development team or any stake holders.
• Assist customers in recovering data from Archives in their account.
• Advice customers on how to backup and restore data on Linux machines using scripts and command line
utility.
• Monitor Data Servers and reporting to US server team in case of any issues and respond to server alerts
in timely fashion as per the priority levels.
• Perform regression and smoke tests for minor and major software releases of the in quality acceptance
testing stage and user acceptance testing stage and report results of these tests to the quality and
development teams.
• Mentor new hirees in the team and monitor their performance. Send their weekly reports to the team
supervisor. Provide technical training to the new hires as part knowledge sharing.
