I have experience working in a BPO company. My skills are customer service and sales for a Telco company. I did part time jobs work from home. These jobs are lead generation, appointment setting, social media marketing and video editing. I was tasked to do email support too. I am open to learn new things to expand my knowledge and skills. I work with minimum supervision provided I am told what to do beforehand. I communicate with my employer and share ideas that will improve the business.
