I worked as an assistant property manager for more than three years in my prior position, for 3 years I have handled property management accounts. where I joined the maintenance team, leasing, utilities, hoa, and collections. Back then, most of my duties included following up on work orders, sending and offering lease renewals to tenants, sending out email blasts to tenants, particularly about the reminder policy, making collection and renewal calls, handling move-in and move-outs, and a background with evictions. In addition, I also have experience as a graphic designer and I am proficient with using Canva, so I can help create whatever marketing materials your business needs.
