Vivian Feher

I present myself as a language specialist, with a degree in Language Translation and

Interpretation (Spanish, English, French and Catalan) and with a postgraduate degree in

Language Pedagogy from the University of Barcelona.

I have been working as a translator and teaching languages since 2002, initially as an

English teacher and later as a Spanish language teacher. I have experience with students of

all ages, including higher education.

For younger children, between two and four years old, I work collectively, so I avoid

individual activities. I prefer methodologies that value repetition, gestures and tones of

voice. Learn the language through games, oral practice, stories, projects and creative

workshops and lots of music.

In early childhood education, I seek to provide students with challenging and stimulating

activities that develop the child's intellectual, psychomotor, social, investigative and logical

capacity. I also seek to build a positive self-esteem, through which she establishes a good

relationship with the people around her and with herself through the natural learning of the

new language..

In elementary school I follow the pedagogical current that stimulates the student's

deductive reasoning and use of various activities and projects integrated into the classes.

In high school, I seek to deepen the knowledge already achieved in the language and

culture by the students and prepare them in an integral way - not only informing, but also

forming critical citizens and capable of acting in the society.

Finally, I have experience in preparing students for the DELE proficiency exam, an

internationally recognized certificate in Spanish.
